Interested in selling commercial property? We can help!
If you’ve got some commercial property you’re looking to sell, now might be a good time! According to Loopnet research into real estate trends, the City of Chattanooga and the metro on average have shown higher selling prices for both multifamily and office commercial property than the state average.
The news isn’t all rosy, of course. Retail space has been selling for less than the state average, though that may just be cause for more research into specific areas of Chattanooga.
